BOARD CERTIFICATION
After finishing my training, I spent one year at Emory as an Assistant Professor of Medicine-redesigning the outpatient clinics and teaching outpatient medicine in addition to responsibilities in the medical intensive care unit. At that time I was also co-founding medical director of the Emory Nursing School's Nurse Practioner School. Since that time I have practiced in Cumming, Ga., and remain a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine, and frequently have 3rd and 4th year Emory Medical students in the office at monthly intervals. I average 170 continuing medical education credits per two years--(req.=40).
